Из этой выжимки что-либо понять затруднительно,
но да, с пакетом ruby на armh есть некоторые проблемы,
о каковых майнтайнер(ы) был(и) в своё время извещен(ы),
решение предложено.
Я не теряю надежды получить хоть какой-нибудь ответ.
