В нынешнем виде нашего ядра -- делает невозможным.

пункт 4, замечание 1:
"... soundcore will claim OSS device regions if OSS support or ALSA
OSS emulation is enabled."
Частично выправить ситуацию позволяет коммит:

Мне же представляется предпочтительным полный отказ от OSS в ядре.
