Вы хотите _мне_ что-то сказать ? Я слушаю.
Для тех, кто не в курсе -- ffmpeg по-прежнему представляет
из себя downstream libav, его релиз 1.1.7, примерно равный libav 9.10,
точно так же не содержит av_open_input_file().
Переход на libav9 (или ffmpeg 1.1.x, если кому-то так понятнее)
у нас произошёл почти с годовой задержкой, и если кому-то до
сих пор не удаётся привести в порядок свои пакеты, то проблема
отнюдь не в libav.
