А что это за программы, зависимые от arts ? Их было мало ещё во
времена, когда kde3 был актуален, а уж сейчас-то зачем ?

Его удавили не без причины, попутно проделав некоторую работу
по исключению зависимости на этот самый arts в разных местах --
зачем же снова огород городить ?
