JFYI, пара ссылок на случай, если вы вдруг их не видели.
В F18 войдёт стабильный релиз "Folsom", брать что-то из 19 я бы пока не
рекомендовал. В EPEL сейчас также Folsom.

Я бы также рекомендовал взглянуть на процесс тестирования в Fedora,
имеет смысл попытаться выполнить базовые тесты на том, что попадёт в
Sisyphus:

При создании образов, мне кажется, что не составит труда использовать
mkimage вместо Oz
