Господа, правильно ли я понимаю, что бранч заброшен и
обновляться(брать пакеты) нужно именно из 4.0/Desktop ?
В бранче я не нашел, как минимум, evince... Может пора навести порядок
с синхронизацией всех репозитариев?

Бранч сейчас обновляется несколько раз в неделю.

Релизы обновляются редко.
