В моих пакетах поддержка sysvinit реализуется силами тех ментейнеров,
кому поддержка sysvinit нужна.
Так сложилось изначально, у меня на эти пакеты с трудом времени хватает,
а на две системы иницаиализации вообще не хватит.
Поэтому если не заработало, то welcome с фиксами.
