Видимо, он никогда не тестировался успешно на ppc64le.

Предыдущая сборка:

$ ls /tasks/archive/done/_$(( 231908 / 1024 ))/231908/build/300
aarch64  i586  pkgname  x86_64

Так что откатить его на какое-то рабочее состояние скорее всего нельзя.

Задание прошло, потому что отключили тесты здесь:

И вообще это не хорошо.

Я думаю, плохо, что пакет на ppc64le как бы есть, но может не работать, 
потому что известно, что во время некоторых тестов он падает.
