Ещё на ftp.altlinux.org, как мне кажется, используется не
исторически-традиционный, а flat layout, т.е. когда RPMS.classic и
SRPMS.classic на одном уровне. (Для этого у genbasedir есть опция.) По
умолчанию SRPMS ищутся на уровень выше.
