Вам нужен макрос %add_python3_path.
В вашем случае будет:
```
%add_python3_path %_datadir/metadata-cleaner
```
Тогда автогенератор зависимостей заглянет в %_datadir/metadata-cleaner и
"поймает" зависимости.
Поосторожнее с провайдами - может вылезти всякое, наломать дров можно.
```
AutoProv: nopython3
```
может помочь.
