А нужны ли нам не-русскоговорящие клиенты/разработчики/тестеры?
Куда их посылать если, скажем, человек хочет вступить в ALT Linux Team, но не владеет русским языком в достаточной степени, но он хороший разработчик, или потенциальный клиент, или хороший тестер. Есть ли англоязычный список?
