Ну давайте подходить с точки зрения филологии. Есть мировые языки. Их по-моему 8 штук (в том числе английский и русский). Если они все поддерживаются, то давайте сделаем фоновую надпись на каждом из них. Я смутно вспоминаю сколько обычно предлагается языков (не в Альте, а вообще) и если такая куча будет на фоне, то прийдется позаботится о покупке большой плазменной панели на стену, т.к. все не уместится.
Хотя мне кажется любой абориген поймет, что нужно выбрать язык, даже если верхнюю надпись сделать на китайском.
