Не надо так делать.
Проект Znuny не имеет никакого отношения к OTRS и если его собирать под
именем OTRS, то скорее всего мы всех введём в заблуждение и ещё TM
наверняка нарушим.
Если otrs уже всё, то надо его удалить из репозитория и упакетить znuny
в одноимённом пакете.
