Тут нужно считать, как часто обновлется репозиторий, и как часто -
wesnoth-data и другие noarch-субпакеты.
Впрочем, из тех 82M очень много - не по существу. Информация из
contents_index легко ужимается до нескольких мегабайт (trie вместо
списка файлов).
