GFDL плохо пригодна для онлайновой документации, т.к. разрабатывалась
для лицензирования больших бумажных мануалов. Вот разбор проблем:

Кроме того, для уменьшения зоопарка. На a.o используется две лицензии
(FDL и CC-BY-SA), от чего хочется избавиться, и для обмена текстами с
Википедией тоже скоро потребуется CC-BY-SA.
