Больше HOWTO, хороших и кратких. Ненавязчивость для policy - это
недостаток.
Policy - это правила игры: что можно ожидать от других, и что стоит
выполнять самому. Policy не убивают свободу, а наоборот, позволяют
планировать свою деятельность, не опасаясь, что кто-то из сообщества
взбрыкнёт или будет вести себя неадекватно.
