На forum.altlinux.org, мне показалось, высказана здравая идея убирать
пакеты, зависящие от модулей, из автообновления.
Скажем, паковать
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/<name>.conf с содержимым
RPM::Hold { "^<name>"; }
