Сборочница оптимизирована не под отладку несобирающихся пакетов.
Собирайте локально.

А почему тогда сам пакет собрался, если нет SRPM? Так не может быть. :)

А пакет собрался на предыдущих итерациях, и лог этот старый.
Там есть и

с
http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/89971/build/3362/i586/rpms/
но это все тоже осталось с предыдущих сборочных итераций.

Данный пакет собирается. Но сейчас до сборки на i586 дело даже не
доходит: сбой происходит на этапе формирования .src.rpm для i586 (на
x86_64 .src.rpm формируется и пакет собирается).
Собственно данную проблему (невозможность сформировать .src.rpm на
одной из архитектур) при работе с #89971 встречаю далеко не первый раз.
Проблема возникает у разных пакетов, которые вполне нормально собирались
на предыдущих итерациях. Возникнув, исчезает проблема самопроизвольно,
после N-ной попытки сборки.
Касательно конкретной ситуации с "[i586] #3362
python-module-markupsafe.git 0.15-alt1.1": Данная подзадача собиралась
ещё на 101`ой итерации (см.
<http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/89971/logs/events.101.1.log>). Проблема
возникла на 102`ой (см.
<http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/89971/logs/events.102.1.log>), и _только_
для i586 (x86_64 собирается нормально).
Аналогичная проблема с "[x86_64] #12600 python-module-repoze.lru.git
0.6-alt1" (здесь i586 собирался нормально):
1. На 103`ей итерации пакет нормально собирался для обеих архитектур
(см. <http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/89971/logs/events.103.1.log>).
2. На 104`ей итерации возник сбой, похожий на обсуждаемый, при сборке
пакета на x86_64 (см.
<http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/89971/logs/events.104.1.log>). (На i586
сборка пакета прошла нормально.)
3. Итерации 105-106 я прерывал раньше попытки сборки данного пакета.
4. На 107`ей итерации, при сборке пакета на x86_64 сбой ещё есть (см.
<http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/89971/logs/events.107.1.log>). (На i586
сборка пакета прошла нормально.)
5. А на На 108`ей итерации, проблема самопроизвольно исчезла: Сборка
прошла нормально для обоих архитектур.
Причём для ликвидации проблемы я ничего на делал -- только
перезапускал сборку.
На people такие вещи не ловятся -- там .src.rpm создаётся нормально
для обеих архитектур.
PS: Если покопаться в логах #89971, то там таких примеров будет довольно
много. Но связи данного сбоя с какими-то конкретными пакетами я не увидел.
