возможно, но проверять не на чем.

тогда предлагаю подождать мейнтейнера, а sgml-tools оставить до его
появления. если не хотите сами чинить, я уже предложил передать эту
задачу другому (мне, например ;) ). просто я сейчас не в состоянии
собирать новый пакет (никакой), пока не разберусь с теми, что уже есть.
