Кажется, это я что-то намудрил, но раньше ведь как-то работало?

И как рашеть такую проблему? Дмитрий, Вы можете откатить мои последние 
заливки: python-module-scipy, python-module-matplotlib и 
python-module-stsci?

Стоп, кажется, нашёл решение. Пока откатывать ничего не надо.

Нет, не удаётся. Причём, раньше всё работало, а теперь я не могу 
обновить NumPy:
