  При ручном сносе apt-conf-sisyphus -- 'Yes, do as I say!' требует:

$ sudo -H apt-get install apt-conf-platform5 apt-conf-sisyphus-
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  apt-conf-sisyphus
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  apt-conf-platform5
WARNING: The following essential packages will be removed
This should NOT be done unless you know exactly what you are doing!
  apt-conf-sisyphus (due to apt)
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 1 removed and 229 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B/9539B of archives.
After unpacking 1418B disk space will be freed.
