   В процессе правок выползло следующие: похоже система не понимает 
изменение тегов внутри транзакции.

   Т. е.:

1. Пакет я исправил.

2. Тег ALT/apache2/2.2.9-alt16 передвинул на новый коммит.

3. Выполнил:

$ ssh git.alt task add 5640 repo apache2.git ALT/apache2/2.2.9-alt16
girar-task add: apache2.git: tag ALT/apache2/2.2.9-alt16 was already added
girar-task add: apache2.git: tag ALT/apache2/2.2.9-alt16 has changed
$ ssh git.alt task run 5640
task #5640: try=2 queued, result will be emailed to solo@altlinux.org

2. Получил облом, с диагностикой совпадающей с предыдущей...

   При этом новая транзакция (#5664) собрала таки пакет в Сизиф...
