Provides вида compat-lib* (традиционный для RH, как понимаю) явным
образом нарушает нашу политику именования библиотек. Так зачем засорять
пакет?
PS: Если мантейнер gcc3.3 решит добавит данный Provides -- свой пакет
выкину:мне же лучше, работы меньше. :-)
