Для того, чтобы такие вопросы снимались сами собой, достаточно
написать (imho несложный) модуль для sisyphus_check.

и второй вопрос -- кому оно надо-то?
Note: From kernel 2.6.25 a lot of devices will work with the stock rndis
module, TRY FIRST without installing usb-rndis-lite.
