Так ведь задан корень%buildroot.
Команда rm используется для того чтобы удалить все Makefile* потом
упаковать оставшиеся файлы в каталоге :
%_datadir/%name/samples/*
%doc doc/fitykhelp_img/
в противоном случае придется перечислять файлы один за одним. В данном
случае это вызывает громоздкость.
