Что-то поторопился я с вопросами. %) Если верить Google и OpenLDAP ITS,
это проблема OpenLDAP (использование внутренних неэкспортируемых функций
DBD) и единственный "прямой" способ -- ждать исправлений от апстрима.
"Кривой" -- модуль с libdb_int-4.6...
