В дистрибутивах нужно формировать список мета-пакетов профилем (а не
пакетами, как было до недавнего времени).
Без профиля никак - как бы мы не сделали иерархию, всё равно кому-то
захочется её сделать свою для инсталятора (и это правильно).
Группы пакетов требуются в первую очередь в инструментах в уже
установленной системе. Кстати, очень не хватает описания этих групп.
