С точки зрения именования пакетов по полиси, более правильный
python-module-yaml. Но питон-полиси у нас вроде теперь нелегитимна, так
что кто его знает, что нынче правильно.

Если мантейнеры этих пакетов до начала следующей недели не отзовутся,
то правильным будет объявлен python-module-yaml, а python-module-PyYAML
будет убран в obsolete.
