Смысл у них разный. При использовании пакетов других дистрибутивов как
прототипа, может быть ситуация что пакет уже собрается у нас (правки в
спеке сделаны), но ещё неготов к помещению в Сизиф/Дедалус -- спек
непричёсан, и alt в релизе не стоит.
Исторически, при работе с cryptokit.git

понял, что эта проблема мне мешает. Придумал то, что сейчас использую.
