Это сложно, ибо поставить я сейчас это никуда не могу, а фиксить
пришлось срочно и я просто все почистил сносом файла.
В /etc лежит нормальный файл с utf-8, а хомник создается с содержимым из
/etc/skel.ru_RU.CP1251/
У меня первый раз такое воспроизвелось на 20070330, а вчера у моего
юзера такое же проявилось на 20070413.
