$ rpm -qf /var/cache/httpd2
предупреждение: файл /var/cache/httpd2 не принадлежит ни одному из пакетов
$ rpm -qf /var/cache/httpd2/mod_ssl
apache2-mod_ssl-2.2.4-alt6
Добавить /var/cache/httpd2 в apache2-*.rpm?

Данная директория задаётся параметром proxycachedir, так что -- думаю
место правельное.
