Предложения, о способах организации болие вменяемой настройки на БД
приветствуются. Согласен, что сейчас вариант нелучший, но на что его
сменить -- пока непридумал.

Я планирую обновить bugzilla после нового года, но активные действия
начу -- не ранее обновления версии apache2 (у него болие высокий
приоритет).
Если для новой версии будет перевод -- он будет запакован.
