В данном случае, похоже, зависимости сохранились еще с тех времен, когда
subversion был совсем молодым и собирался с libneon-devel. Сейчас
subversion собирается с libneon0.25, значит и kdesvn с ним же надо
пробовать...

А про разных - это был вопрос про сизиф, или про это конкретный случай?
В сизифе с 0.24 еще вроде бы tla собирается... как только не останется
потребителей 0.24, можно будет пытаться его выбросить...
