Лучше сделать PKG-base или PKG-common и отдать каталог туда. А пакетам
проставить зависимость.
А вообще конфликта по каталогу не будет. Только по файлам. Но к
сожалению в таком раскладе нельзя четко регулировать права на каталог.
так что лучше его вынести.
