Исползовать механизм альтернатив? Или, как вариант, посмотреть на описание
функционала конфликтующих программ - что-то мне, подсказывает, что он должен
совпадать, вплоть до ключей. Ну и оставить только один комплект.
В любом случае, "точить" придется оба пакета - и libradiusclient, и его собрата
с суффиксом '-ng'.
