Вот такая библиотека отсутствует на x86_64. Даже при о-о-очень
отдалённом рассмотрении ясно, что это очередная "библеотека":
$ apt-cache show libjsw|grep Provides
Provides: libjsw.so, libjsw.so.1.5.6, libjsw (= 1.5.6-alt0.1)

Уже тут всё ясно - libtool'ами не пахнет, Дреппер и стандарты GNU - не
указ :-\
$ apt-cache show libjsw-devel|grep Provides
Provides: libjsw-devel (= 1.5.6-alt0.1)
Мне уже пару раз попадались в Debian (или Ubuntu?) подобные пакеты, где
мантейнер плевал на фантазию жгущих аффтаров и натягивал autotools.
Конечно, занятие - не сахар, но хоть не смешить народ бредом с
