Это автоматически сгенерированная зависимость.  Почему она так
сгенирировалась?  Как её исправить?

С кого хотя бы спросить лог сборки?

Ну в общем всё ясно.  В /usr/share/hasher/cache_contents и
/usr/lib/rpm/find-package нигде нет /usr/games (наравне с /usr/bin итд).

Причем, похоже, RPM ВООБЩЕ НЕ СЧИТАЕТ ЭТО АНМЕТОМ.
То есть если зависимость имеет вид /path и в системе присутствует /path,
то rpm охотно ставит пакет.
