Только из-за зависимости от gcc, который был в RHEL до Update 2. Видимо,
проверка на unmets в репозитарии RedHat отсутствует.
Откуда такая зависимость, можно узнать по
$ rpm -p -q --lastchange libtool-1.5.6-4.EL4.1.0.src.rpm

- add dependency on gcc version; /usr/bin/libtool hardcodes paths into
gcc's internal directories. Avoids resurfacing of BZ#140977.
