Вполне может быть баг в зависимостях gnome-vfs-devel. Ушёл разбираться.

ntfsprogs.spec...

Скажем так, баг в зависимостях действительно был; не хватало зависимости 
от libGConf2-devel. Я его скоро отправлю в incoming; если хотите, могу 
выложить собранные в hasher пакеты. Ну или можете в ntfsprogs поставить 
явную зависимость на libGConf2-devel.
