Не воспроизводится. Состояние памяти практически не изменилось:
до:

Кстати, интересно было наблюдать при запуске какого-либо приложения, как
падает размер памяти под файловый кэш, увеличивается оперативка и потом
этот кусок памяти занимается новым приложением, при этом скрипт на
мгновения "замерзал", пока шла загрузка нового приложения в память.
