С первой версии уже месяц прошёл. Это же не принятие политики
окончательное, а улучшение драфта (напомню, что старый документ не был
принят как политика официально)
Драфт стал однозначно и безусловно лучше.
Дальше обсуждаем и смотрим драфт и если не будет возражений через пару
недель примем как окончательную политику.
