Hi,
Зачем нам в Сизифе 2 на вид одинаковых пакета, растущих из общего
коммита 0.9.20-alt1, пересекающихся по /usr/lib64/librasqal.so.3.0.0:
librasqal-0.9.29-alt1.src.rpm
rasqal-0.9.29-alt1.1.src.rpm
?

Судя по тому, что в p6 от него никто не зависит и 2-хлетнему периоду
обновления, он мантейнеру не нужен. Предлагаю его удалить.

Тогда просьба сделать следующее:
- переименовать rasqal-devel в librasqal-devel с добавлением
соответствующих provides/obsoletes;
- добавить в librasqal3 соответствующий provides/obsoletes на librasqal;
- убрать из rasqal конфликт на librasqal.
В результате в Сизифе образуется один актуальный пакет вместо двух
полуактуальных альтернатив.
