Мне самому приходится каждый раз вспоминать как собирать пакет из
src.rpm, т.к. делаю я это очень редко. Но я не вижу причин запрещать
такую схему сборки тем мантейнерам, которым так удобно.
К тому же некоторые большие пакеты так собирать действительно объективно
удобнее, насколько я понимаю
