Да.

Из попытки починить сборку этой штуки на e2k-alt-linux и
прошлонедельного обсуждения на кухоньке с grenka@ и obirvalger@
лично я сделал вывод, что это закатывалка питонопроектов в вид,
пригодный для автономного развёртывания (задача, ортогональная
задаче репозитория).

Само по себе такое может быть полезно (точечно лёжа сбоку)
-- но вот когда начинает расползаться по сборочным зависимостям
в т.ч. узловых пакетов, будучи при этом архитектурнозависимым
-- то не то слово как серьёзно.

Претензия, понятно, к апстримам.  А проверка была -- зацепит ли
что-нибудь ещё и по установочным зависимостям (разумеется,
завершать это задание без обсуждения я не собирался).

Мне пока неясно, что в итоге с этим делать, но сейчас всё,
что зависит от этого пакета -- на e2k не собирается.
