У меня работает так: dhcpcd -b -c /bin/true -h - -p -t 5 -y 0 lan
(lan - это бридж, куда прицеплен нужный VLAN). Профукивается тоже
не сразу, но зато гарантированно.
Правда, у меня и модуль в ядро вкомпилячен.
