Это стоит как-то пытаться чинить, или исключить armh из сборки?
Хотя, по идее, утилита может полезной оказаться.

Видимо, у других на arm по умолчанию нет -fomit-frame-pointer,
а у нас почему-то есть.  В качестве объезда попробуйте, например,
%remove_optflags -fomit-frame-pointer

Это проблема не сборки iperf3, а того, что у нас по-умолчанию для
armh задан -fomit-frame-pointer — что я тоже могу понять, т.к. для
32-битных архитектур каждый регистр на счету, а frame pointer один
такой съедает.

У меня была такая же проблема в simpletest:

Вылечить можно двумя способами:
1) отключить -pg
2) -fno-omit-frame-pointer

Выбирайте, что лучше для Вашего пакета. Если coverage ему не нужен, то
уберите -pg (желательно для всех архитектур). Если нужен, то добавьте
-fno-omit-frame-pointer.

-pg появляется из-за попытки собрать iperf3_profile. На самом деле это
не планировалось, но почему-то параметр --disable-profiling в новой версии
произвёл обратный эффект: включил сборку iperf3_profile. Вообще в этом месте 
произошло изменение - сборка iperf3_profile стала отключена по умолчанию, так
что помогло удаление --disable-profiling.

Никаких причин иметь -pg в iperf, собираемом в дистрибутив, нет.

Так не сработало, но пока убрал -pg.
