Что не так с task add 254440 rebuild netpolice-filter ?
task add: sid `srpm:2e397c677770360a5665f39a731b284c3beb2b93' from src index for package `netpolice-filter' is out of sync with `t7' gears repository
То есть, перевод понятен, но кто виноват и что можно сделать?

У t7 плохой негодный index/src. Кто-то починил одну запись в нём.

При обновлении пакетов index/src целиком перестраивается? Я в том
смысле, что задание 254440 попало в t7. Этого будет достаточно, или
index/src надо чинить специально?

Нет, просто добавляется запись.
