Я не смотрел код конкретно этого проекта, но бывает, что
приложения, особенно крупные, тащат собственные форки библиотек,
которые несовместимы с системными, или же требуют отдельных старых
версий, или требуют особой конфигурации этих библиотек, которая
неприемлема для общесистемного применения.
Я не говорю, что забандленые библиотеки — это хорошо. Сам с ними
борюсь, но бывают ситуации, когда они объективно необходимы.
