После этого он хочет компилировать свой blas.f (которые в спеке
специально удалили).
То есть, похоже, проблема в пакете openblas.
В openblas есть подозрительный коммит bb4bfedee23cadca76d91f31423cd05321cb333b
с чисткой спека. Возможно, надо там что-то потерянное найти.
Например, там потерялась STATIC_ALLOCATION=1 для i586, уж не знаю, оно
ли это. (А также потерялось BINARY64=1 для x86_64, которое явно используется в
Makefile).
