Изменение по сути одно и оно точечное.
Содержимое hasher/chroot/dev будет недоступно процессам в чруте,
поскольку у них будет свой /dev на tmpfs, создаваемый каждый раз
при запуске этих процессов в их mount namespace и, соответственно,
недоступный процессам снаружи.
